The agreement provides additional rights beyond the Basic Collective Agreement for Public Services and the Labour Act, including additional paid leave and reimbursement of chamber fees for psychologists. SDLSN also concluded a new collective agreement covering civil servants and workers in the administrative bodies of Zadar County.
