Bulgaria - New sectoral agreement for irrigation systems - March 31, 2026

Negotiations for a new sectoral collective agreement for "Irrigation Systems" EAD, valid until March 2028, have been successfully concluded. The new agreement includes an appendix for determining minimum basic salaries by positions and qualification groups of professions in "Irrigation Systems". This is the second collective agreement for the FNSZ, the Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Agriculture, which contains a special section on employee remuneration, which guarantees transparency, predictability and sustainability through minimum thresholds to be updated annually.
