It regulates employment and social relations at BTA for the next two years. It builds on the existing framework of social dialogue and introduces additional mechanisms to support employees. According to the agreement, the employer provides funds for social, household and cultural services in the amount of up to 3% of the funds actually paid from the wage fund.
