In addition to salary and allowance increases, the agreement secures extra days off, improvements for older employees, and a fairer system for crediting professional experience. Salaries and allowances will be increased by 3.4%. For employees of the Linz hospital, the increase will take effect on 1 August 2026, and for employees in Schladming on 1 October 2026. Apprentices’ compensation will increase by 3.7%.
