Austria - Agreement in petroleum industry - January 31, 2026

ProGe union reached a collective agreement in the first round of negotiations for the petroleum industry. The agreement at a glance: Increase in minimum and actual wages by 3.2%. One-off payment of € 400 or an additional day off. Increase in apprentices' incomes by 3.2%. Increased vacation time for people with disabilities.
