The union Petrol-İş, which secured official recognition from the Ministry of Labour and Social Security, says YKK management is engaging in union-busting tactics such as refusing to negotiate and pressuring resignations. In August 2025, Petrol-İş met with brand compliance officers to press for concrete action.
