Turkey - Strike at Swatch stores ends after agreement - November 30, 2025
On 10 November 2025, workers at 16 Swatch stores, represented by KOOP‑İŞ union, began a strike after negotiations for their first collective agreement stalled. On 26 November 2025, the strike ended with a significant agreement, including wage increases, improved working conditions, and expanded social rights, marking a milestone for retail-sector unionisation in the country.
