This means that an additional 2,000 of Unionen’s members will receive fair conditions. The total salary cap for 1 May 2026 will be 2.8%. The reduction in working hours is seen as an important victory for Unionen. It is a recognition of the value that the workers create every day in the cultural, experience and non-profit sectors.
