Sweden - New collective agreement for bingo halls - December 31, 2025

The Hotel and Restaurant Union (HRF) and employers’ association Almega Tjänsteföretagen have signed a collective agreement for employees in bingo halls. The new agreement runs for 24 months and the total cost framework is 6.4%. The negotiations have been largely characterized by a good climate of discussion and constructiveness, according to the employers. The collective agreement is valid for the period 1 December 2025 to 30 November 2027 and affects employees at around 20 bingo halls.
