A big victory for the union is that the concept of overtime is no longer in the agreement. This means that part-time employees receive the same compensation for overtime as full-time employees. The agreement follows the industry's collective agreement, the so-called \"mark\". It applies from 1 August 2025 to 31 July 2027. The total agreement value is 6.4%. The agreement also includes a low-wage initiative through the so-called \"knee model\", where members with lower salaries collect a higher percentage than those with higher salaries. The demand for reduced working hours was on the table in the negotiations but without ending in any solution.
