The parties have also signed an agreement in principle where negotiations on teachers' working hours will resume in 2026. The agreement follows the industrial agreement's mark of 6.4% and the agreement period runs until 31 March 2027. This means that salaries will increase at the collective level by 3.4% on 1 April 2025 and by 3% on 1 April 2026.The agreement covers approximately 220,000 employees in municipalities, regions and municipal companies.
