Sweden - New agreement for sports sector - November 30, 2025

Unionen has signed a new collective agreement with the Employers' Alliance for the Sports sector. The agreement is valid from 1 November 2025 to 31 October 2027. The negotiations have been tough, with many demands that challenged both the security and balance in the agreement. Despite that, an agreement was reached that not only strengthens the conditions here and now – but also lays the foundation for long-term security. The agreement follows the mark and amounts to a total of 6.4%, of which 5.5% goes to salary increases, 0.5% to reduced working hours and 0.4% to flexible pension.
