Agreements were made by Kommunal, Akademikerförbundet SSR, Vision, and Vårdförbundet. Akademikerförbundet SSR, Vision, and Vårdförbundet negotiated together on a single agreement with Fremia for workers within health, care, and welfare. This agreement includes a 6.4% wage increase, improved pay for irregular working hours, and an additional day of leave from the first of January 2026.
