It delivers a 6.4% pay increase over two years and brings significant improvements in scheduling and compensation rules. The agreement aims to reduce the use of short-notice scheduling by increasing the cost for employers to change shifts at short notice. It also includes better overtime and night work compensation, and ensures that part-time workers receive overtime pay when exceeding their regular hours.
