The union is making it clear: workers have had enough. Inflation is driving up living costs, workload is increasing, and wages remain too low for many to support their families. Staff shortages are worsening, with the average worker now over 50 years old. The expiration of “stabilisation” allowances risks triggering a mass exodus of workers, deepening the crisis.
