It was called by the teachers of the new Association of Schools on Strike, whose center is in Čačak, a city where few schools have been working since the beginning of the second semester. The founder of the Association of Schools on Strike says that their idea was not to create a new educational union, but to simply unite dissatisfied teachers in order to organize themselves more easily. So far, 400 out of a total of 1.700 schools have joined the association.
