The agreement sets out detailed rights, obligations, working time, wage rules, and protections for employees across the construction sector, and aims to cover employers even beyond union membership. The agreement applies to all employees of employers whose main activity is construction and the building materials industry, except for directors and persons who have a separate employment contract.
