According to SITE (Union of Manufacturing Industries, Energy and Southern Activities), affiliated with confederation CGTP, the union is dissatisfied with the proposal salary adjustment for 2025, meal voucher adjustment, granting of unhealthy, dangerous, arduous and risk benefits, overtime values and negotiation of salary tables, professional careers and progressions.
