Poland - Strike at outlet ends after pay agreement - December 31, 2025
Outlet LoveKrakow reported that a strike at Valeo Chrzanow ended after the company reached a wage agreement with workers represented by WZZ Sierpien 80 and NSZZ Solidarnosc. The settlement was presented as resolving key pay demands and restoring normal operations. The agreement provides for a doubling of wage increases for Valeo Chrzanów employees in 2026 – from 1 March and 1 September. It will cover nearly 1,600 people employed at the plant. The Provincial Social Dialogue Council also actively participated in the negotiations.
