The agreement focuses on younger individuals and aims to address shortages of workers in local health and care services. Unions FO, LO, Fagforbundet, and YS all contributed to the agreement to ensure that recruitment efforts will not compromise service quality, staffing levels or the safety and rights of patients and service users.
