FNV will demand a 6% wage increase in the upcoming collective bargaining season. Besides fair pay, the agenda also addresses security, permanent contracts for structural work, work quality, and reducing workloads. CNV, the second largest union, is aiming for a 3.5% to 5% wage increase in the upcoming collective bargaining season.
