Netherlands - New collective agreement for rail infrastructure company - December 31, 2025

On 15 December, after months of negotiations, an agreement was reached for the rail infrastructure company ProRail. Wages will increase by 4% in two steps: as of 1 March 2026, by 3.3% and as of 1 March 2027, by 0.7%. There will be an additional increase of the inconveniences allowance by 5%. Sickness pay in the second year will be 100%. The collective agreement runs for 15 months, from 1 January 2026, until 1 April 2027.
