The negotiated agreement includes a series of improvements for employees at airports. The collective agreement includes a total pay increase of 7% over the next two years, in three steps: 2% in January 2026, 2% in July 2026, and 3% in January 2027. In addition, the agreement also stipulates an increase in the nighttime surcharge to 40%. The public transport travel allowance will also increase. The scheme that allows older employees to work fewer hours will be improved.
