Netherlands - Negotiation result for telecom company - December 31, 2025
After intensive talks, a negotiation result was achieved between the unions and telecom company KPN. However, the unions did not agree with the offered wage increase of 5% over 18 months plus a one-off payment of € 500 as of 1 July 2026. The wage increase will take place in three steps: 3.0% as of 1 February 2026, 0.5% as of 1 October 2026, and 1.5% as of 1 January 2027. The collective agreement will run until 30 June 2027. Union members can now cast their vote on the agreement.
