Netherlands - Final offer in tire and wheel industry - November 30, 2025

After six intensive rounds of negotiations, a final offer has been reached for the Tire and Wheel Industry collective agreement. This proposal includes agreements on a new job and salary structure, wages, heavy work, leave, and development. The employers have submitted a comprehensive package in a final offer. The majority of employees (approximately 82%) will receive a 6.5% pay increase. The collective agreement is valid from 1 June 2025 to 30 March 2027 (22 months).
