The negotiations were at a standstill for several months, but after the ninth meeting the parties reached an agreement. The negotiation result will now be submitted to the members of the unions. The agreement includes a 7.5% wage increase in two steps (4% as of 1 July 2025 and 3,5% as of 1 July 2026), improvement of the work-life balance by limiting the number of days of attendance and on a reward for extra effort. Also, for the first time, a generation arrangement will be included in the collective agreement, that will allow employees to work fewer hours for three years before their retirement.
