Negotiations on the collective agreement began after the social elections in March 2024, in which the OGBL was able to secure all mandates within the delegation. An agreement was reached after several months of negotiations and consultations with staff. The new collective agreement includes a salary scale, an end-of-year bonus, meal vouchers of € 9.50 per day and various other bonuses such as a key hour bonus. In addition, an overtime allowance of 50% was agreed instead of the legally required 40%.
