Although this draft seeks to grant employers the right to legalize up to the first two days of illness without a doctor's certificate, LPSK sees numerous risks and states that such a fragmented approach not only fails to solve fundamental problems, but also poses new challenges for employees, employers and the health system. LPSK emphasizes that the proposed draft law attempts to solve the problems of obtaining a sick leave certificate for a specific employee, but also the accessibility of the entire health system and services.
