The union was able to achieve wage increases in all sectors. In ten sectors, the minimum wages will also be increased and in six sectors a reduction in working hours was achieved. Within three years, the average working hours in the commercial sector will fall from 43.26 hours to 42.44. This also helps to increase the attractiveness of the commercial sectors.
