The Bureau notes that the pay gap between men and women has been gradually decreasing over the past four years. In 2024, compared to 2023, the gap narrowed by 2.5 percentage points. In 2024, the smallest gender pay gaps were in public administration (3%), real estate activities (4%), administrative and support service activities (5.3%), and transportation and storage (5.6%).
