The new order, signed following recommendations from the Joint Labour Committee, raises the statutory minimum hourly wage to € 15.41. This follows a series of phased increases that began under the 2024 regulation. The ERO applies to licensed private security personnel, including door supervisors, static security officers, and event security workers.
