The president of the Lear Workers' Union said that the negotiations had taken a significant turn in recent days and a compromise had been reached between the parties. Under the agreement, the workers will receive a one-off payment of 175.000 forints (€ 434), and the union agreed to lift the strike suspension. In addition, the workers will receive a 2.5% increase in real wages above inflation, which will ensure an improvement in their financial situation.
