They accuse their employer of retaliating against union efforts, excessively monitoring them, and even denying them bathroom breaks. The strike involves around 12,000 workers at Teleperformance’s call centres, which cater to over 140 markets worldwide in 43 languages. Many workers demand better working conditions, including permanent contracts, fair wages, job security, and reduced working hours.
