On 26 February 2025, around 4,000 trainees and dual students in the public service nationwide have been called to strike. The young professionals from administration, health care, social and educational services and savings banks are demanding, among other things, better pay, more days off and a secure job after training. At the same time, ver.di called on employees at Munich Airport to strike on 27 and 28 February.
