In the second round of negotiations on 10 and 11 March, the union ver.di achieved significant improvements for employees. Key components of the collective agreements are a one-off payment of € 1,320 in two instalments (May and September 2025) and wage increases in several stages: a € 120 increase from October 2025, and a further € 110 increase from October 2026 for BVO and WB, a € 150 increase from October 2025, € 120 increase from October 2026 for NVO and a € 120 increase from October 2025 and € 130 increase from October 2026 (plus additional increases in certain pay groups) for BVR.
