The agreement includes significant salary increases, higher bonuses, and improved profit sharing. Cabin crew compensation will be increased in two stages by a total of 5.4%. In addition, overtime pay will now increase dynamically with each subsequent salary increase. According to ver.di, this means an average of € 300 more per month for employees. Cabin crew profit sharing will be significantly increased and will amount to up to € 1,600 annually.
