Germany - New agreement for cabin crew - November 30, 2025
Following intensive negotiations, the ver.di union has secured a new collective agreement for the approximately 1,800 flight attendants of Lufthansa subsidiary Eurowings. The agreement includes significant salary increases, higher bonuses, and improved profit sharing. Cabin crew compensation will be increased in two stages by a total of 5.4%. In addition, overtime pay will now increase dynamically with each subsequent salary increase. According to ver.di, this means an average of € 300 more per month for employees.
