Trainees will receive an additional €75 per month. The agreement will run until 31 December 2026. In addition, the collective agreements on job security will be extended. These agreements allow for working time accounts and a reduction in working hours to as little as 28 hours per week, with partial wage compensation, to safeguard jobs.
