The agreement regulates, among other things, the protection of acting performances, transparency obligations and financial compensation for affected filmmakers. The regulations particularly concern the use of so-called replicas - i.e. digital replicas of actors - and are intended to ensure that they are only used with consent and appropriate remuneration. The collective agreement comes into force on 1 March 2025, and runs until 30 June 2026.
