Employees in the electrical trade in Bavaria can look forward to higher incomes. From 2025, wages and training allowances will increase in two stages. From 1 January 2025, incomes will increase by 2.5% for all pay groups. From 1 January 2026, there will be a further increase of 2.9%. Training allowances will increase by € 50 in all years of training on 1 September 2025. From 1 September 2026, there will be a further increase of € 50.
