Germany - Agreement for the plumbing, heating, and air conditioning sector - December 31, 2025
Union IG Metall Coast and the Bremen Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Guild have reached a new collective agreement. Employees and apprentices in the plumbing, heating, and air conditioning trades in Bremen will benefit from significant wage increases in two stages. Effective 1 January 2026, wages will increase by 2.6%. A further increase of 2.9% will follow one year later, on 1 January 2027. Apprenticeship allowances will be increased simultaneously in two stages. The new collective agreement on wages and the agreement on training allowances are valid for 24 months until 31 December 2027.
