The agreement, which runs until 31 December 2026, provides for wage increases by 9.8% to 18.73% depending on the pay group. For the lower pay scales, this means they will earn at least € 14.30 per hour in October 2026. In addition, a gap clause to the statutory minimum wage was agreed upon, and a starting salary of over € 3,000 gross for skilled workers was set. Training allowances will also increase significantly. The Federal Association of System Catering (BdS) accepted and signed the arbitration award on 13 March.
