The CGT, FSU and Solidaires unions have jointly called a national mobilisation for 2 December. Their action covers a broad range of public services, including education, public administration and social services, and aims to highlight the consequences of reduced public investment on service quality and working conditions. Alongside this national day of action, the CGT Federation of Public Services has filed a strike notice from 20 to 25 November. The federation reports increased strain on municipal and territorial services and is calling for improved pay, stronger recruitment and an end to budget reductions affecting local public services.
