A negotiation result was achieved at the end of long negotiations on 29 December. All negotiation parties, including trade unions JHL, OAJ, Super and Talentia, have approved the result. The collective agreement for the private early childhood education and care sector becomes effective on 1 January 2026. Pay increases will be 2.5% across-the-board on 1 August 2026.
