EU Sources - Macroeconomic dialogue with the social partners - November 30, 2025

The Council of the EU, ECB and European Commission held their macro‑economic dialogue with European social partners under the Danish Presidency. Discussions focused on labour‑market reform, human‑capital investment and the link between wage development and productivity. Social partners underlined the need for collective bargaining to support competitiveness and resilience.
