The upcoming reform in the employment area may affect companies – and the unemployed who are helped into work. This is stated in a press release from HK Kommunal about the bill for a new employment policy, to which the trade union has just submitted its consultation response. The municipalities' close cooperation with businesses is fundamental for both a flexible and inclusive labour market, according to the union.
