Denmark - Negotiations for public sector started - December 31, 2025
Technicians’ union TL reported that the exchange of bargaining demands is complete and that OK26 negotiations for the public sector are now ‘for real’ underway. The union expects the toughest, most intensive phase after New Year, with a settlement typically targeted for February–March. Service union Serviceforbundet’s early‑December briefing set out the key battlegrounds for the OK26 public‑sector bargaining round, pointing to flexible pay models, fritvalg (choice accounts/benefits) and working‑time arrangements as issues that could be difficult to settle.
