Negotiations on OK25 (Overenskomst 2025 or Collective Agreement 2025), which affect the fate of more than 850,000 workers in the country, began with the industrial sector. Th Metalworkers' Union, who leads the unions in the talks, said that industrial workers deserve compensation above inflation and to compensate for losses from the sharp inflation of 2022 and 2023.
