Austria - New agreement for telecom sector - November 30, 2025

After a long day of negotiations, an agreement for employees in the telecommunications sector was reached in the third round on 10 November 2025. The agreed changes include: effective 1 September 2026, minimum salaries will increase by 3.2%. Actual monthly salaries will also be increased by 2.5% % up to a maximum of € 150 effective 1 September 2026. This maximum increase applies to monthly earnings exceeding € 6,000. All collectively agreed allowances will also increase by 3.2%.
