Austria - New agreement for pharmacy assistants - December 31, 2025

In the second round of negotiations for the collective agreement for pharmacy assistants, an agreement was reached between the social partners. Salaries will increase by an average of 2.5% on 1 January. A particular focus is on targeted improvements in pay group 4: Salaries there will be increased by at least € 75. This corresponds to an increase of up to 3.3% in the lower pay grades and leads to an overall average increase of 2.8% for all pharmacy assistants in pay group 4.
